| 摘 要： | 目的观察二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。方法将70例新诊断的2型糖尿病合并NASH患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察治疗组患者口服二甲双胍,观察治疗前和治疗后两组患者FBG、2hPG、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血肌酐、血乳酸、体质量指数(BMI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并观察其疗效差异。结果治疗组FIns、BMI、HOMA-IR、ALT、AST、TG、TC水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而FBG、2hPG、HBA1c间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍是治疗2型糖尿病合并NASH的一种有效药物,值得临床推广。
