复合激光和红光穴位照射治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨复合激光针灸对阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法:共收治符合标准的患者41例,随机分为复合激光组(22例)和红光组(19例),分别采用复合激光及红光照射犊鼻及内膝眼。两组患者均进行6周14次的治疗,采用西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎调查量表(WOMAC VA 3.1)进行疗效评价。结果:两组患者治疗2周、6周后和治疗前相比WOMAC量表各项得分均有明显改善(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001);复合激光组治疗2周、6周后WOMAC量表平均改善率优于红光组。结论:复合激光针灸在改善阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、僵硬及功能受限方面均有疗效。
