辛伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭患者对血清C反应蛋白水平的影响

目的:观察辛伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭患者血清C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平的变化及心功能的影响。方法:选慢性心衰患者120例,随机分为治疗组,按慢性心衰治疗指南给予常规治疗,治疗组加用辛伐他汀10mg,qd。分别于治疗前、治疗后3,6,9,12个月测定CRP、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及6min步行距离,观察再住院例数及死亡率。结果:治疗组CRP明显降低、LVEF及6min步行距离明显增加,死亡率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀可以降低慢性心衰患者血清CRP水平,干预左室重塑,改善左室收缩功能。上述作用与其抗炎效应有关。
