辅助孵化在高龄不孕女性冻融胚胎移植中的应用

目的:探讨机械切割法辅助孵化对高龄不育女性冻融胚胎移植临床结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析322个高龄不育女性(≥35岁)冻融胚胎移植周期,其中行机械切割法辅助孵化后移植107个周期(孵化组),常规冻融胚胎移植215个周期(对照组),比较两组患者临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率及流产率的差异。结果:孵化组临床妊娠率为26.17%,胚胎种植率为13.78%,均显著高于对照组临床妊娠率14.88%和胚胎种植率8.28%(P<0.05),而流产率在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:机械切割法辅助孵化可以显著提高高龄不育女性冻融胚胎移植中的临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率。

Application of assisted hatching in frozen-thawed embryo transfer of infertile women of elderly age

Objective:To explore the effect of mechanical assisted hatching(AH) on clinical outcome of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in infertile women of elderly age.Methods:Frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles of 322 infertile women of elderly age(≥35 years old) were analyzed retrospectively,including 107 mechanical AH frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles(hatching group) and 215 conventional frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles(control group);the clinical pregnancy rates,embryo implantation rates,and abortion rates in the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical pregnancy rate in hatching group was 26.17%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(14.88%)(P<0.05);the embryo implantation rate in hatching group was 13.78%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(8.28%)(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mechanical AH can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in infertile women of elderly age.
