中医药三联疗法联合系统护理治疗乳腺增生的效果评价

目的 探讨中医药三联疗法联合系统护理治疗乳腺增生的临床效果.方法 将142例乳腺增生患者随机分为干预组（71例）和对照组（71例）.对照组患者采用自拟消癖饮口服治疗,干预组采用中药内服、外敷及理疗等三联疗法,同时结合系统护理干预.比较两组患者的临床疗效、乳房肿块直径及疼痛变化情况.结果 干预组的临床总有效率为88.7%,显著高于对照组71.8%（χ2=3.93,P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组乳房肿块直径、乳痛程度均明显改善（P〈0.05）,且干预组改善程度较对照组更为明显（P〈0.05）.结论 中医药三联疗法联合系统护理治疗乳腺增生可有效缩短治疗周期,消除乳房肿块,缓解乳房疼痛.

Effect evaluation on the traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention for breast hyperplasia

Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） triple therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention for breast hyperplasia. Methods 142 cases of acute appendicitis in children were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 71 ） were given self-made xiaopi decoction, and intervention group （ n = 71 ） was treated with triple therapy including internal and external TCM, physical therapy, combined with systematic nursing intervention. The clinical effect, diameter of breast lump and pain were observed and compared. Results The total clinical effect in intervention group was 88.7%, significantly higher than that in control group,71.8% （X^2 = 3.93 ,P 〈 O. 05 ）. After treatment, diameter of breast lump and pain degree in both groups were all im-proved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but intervention group was improved more remarkably （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions TCM triple therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention for breast hyperplasia can effectively shorten treatment cycle, dispel breast lump, and relieve breast pain.
