优质护理在小儿手术中的应用

目的评价优质护理在小儿手术中的应用。方法选择择期手术的176例患儿随机分成试验组和对照组,对照组88例采用常规护理,比较两组中患者及医师的满意度。结果试验组与对照组的患者满意度分别为96.59%,88.64%(P<0.05),医师的满意度分别为97.72%,89.77%(P<0.05)。结论通过开展优质护理服务,患者及医师对手术室的护理满意度明显提高。

High quality care in pediatric surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality care in pediatric surgery.Methods 88 patients from January 2012 to December 2012 were set as the control group which received conventional nursing,another 88 patients were named as the observation group which were given high quality nursing service mode.The satisfaction degree of patients and their surgeons were compared.Results The patients and surgeons satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.59% and 97.72% significantly higher than 88.64% and 89.77% in the control group.Conclusions High quality nursing service mode can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and their surgeons.
