| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的临床疗效。方法：一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者66例，随机分为观察组36例，对照组30例，两组均给予常规治疗。观察组联用参芎葡萄糖注射液200mL静脉滴注，每日1次；对照组只予常规治疗；分析治疗前、后脑电图变化及临床疗效。结果：参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗组同治疗前及对照组相比，一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者脑电图明显好转，临床总有效率显著提高。结论：参芎葡萄糖注射液对一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者有一定的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of Shen Xiong glucose injection for delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning. Method： 66 patients with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning were randornly divided into SbenXiong glucose injection treatment group（ 36 cases） and control group （30 cases）. In ad dition to conventional treatment, the treatment group used Shen Xiong glucose injection 200 ml per day. The EEG and clinical manifestation were compared in the two groups. Result： The EEG and clinical symptom in treatment group remarkably improved than the control group. Conclusion： Shenxiong glucose injection can improve delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning. |
