卵子玻璃化冷冻在体外受精胚胎移植周期中的临床应用

目的:探讨卵子玻璃化冷冻保存的可行性,更好提高卵子复苏率、受精率,提高卵子冻存患者的妊娠率。方法:在河北医科大学第二医院生殖医学门诊行体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者中,由于取卵日男方取精失败行卵子冻存。于2011年2月～2012年8月共行5例患者卵子冻存并复苏。结果:冷冻MII卵子55枚,复苏率94.5%(52/55),受精率92.3%(48/52),卵裂率95.8%(46/48),移植胚胎11枚,临床妊娠3例,冷冻保存胚胎22枚。结论:卵子玻璃化冷冻是可行的,可应用于取卵日取精困难的患者。

Clinical application of oocyte vitrification for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objective:To explore the feasibility of oocyte vitrification during the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) procedure for better oocyte survival rates,fertilization rates and pregnancy rates.Methods:Patients who accepted the IVF-ET were subjected to oocyte cryopreservation by vitrification and warming cause of their husbands failing to provide sperm samples at the time of oocyte pickup.The data of 5 patients from Feb 2011 to Aug 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:55 MII oocytes were vitrified,and 52(94.5%) survived,and 48(92.3%) were fertilized.48 embryos were formed,with a cleavage rate of 95.8%.11 embryos were transferred with 3 clinical pregnancies.22 embryos were still cryopreserved.Conclusion:Cryopreservation of oocytes by vitrification is feasible to gain better oocyte revival rates,fertilization rates and pregnancy rates,and can be used in female patients whose husbands failed to provide sperm samples at the time of oocyte pickup.
