头孢曲松钠致小儿胆囊假性结石的超声诊断分析

目的分析头孢曲松钠所致小儿胆囊假性结石的声像图特征。方法收集2010年5月—2012年8月该院儿科16例门诊及住院患儿,用药前行常规腹部超声检查排除胆囊结石,用药5～7 d后复查B超发现胆囊内有异常结石样回声。分别于停药后1周、2周、1月后复查B超。结果 3例患儿表现为胆囊内沉积物;8例为胆囊内泥沙样结石;5例为团块样结石。停药后复查:所有异常回声均自行消失,8例停药1周内消失,6例停药2周内消失,2例1月后消失,以胆囊内沉积物消失最快。结论应用头孢曲松钠后会产生胆囊假性结石,与一般结石相比,具有特征性声像图改变,停药后短期内可自行消失,完全恢复正常。

Ultrasonic diagnosis of pediatric cystic pseudo stone caused by ceftriaxone sodium

Objective To analyse the ultrasonographic characteristics of pediatric cystic pseudo stone caused by ceftriaxone sodium.Methods We collected the medical records of our hospital’s Department of pediatrics in 16 cases of outpatients and hospitalized children from May 2010 to August 2012.A routine abdominal ultrasound examination was taken to exclude gallstone before medication.The gallbladder abnormal stone echos were found by type-B ultrasonic checks after medication of 5 ～ 7 days.B ultrasound was reviewed one week,two weeks,one month after the drug withdrawal.Results 3 cases showed in the gallbladder sediments,8 cases muddy stones,5 cases lump stones.For a check after drug withdrawal,all abnormal echoes disappeared,which disappeared in one week in 8 cases,two weeks in 6 cases,and one month in 2 cases.Gallbladder sediments disappeared most quickly.Conclusion Treatment with ceftriaxone sodium will cause gallbladder pseudo stones.Compared with general calculus,it will disappear and completely return to normal with characteristic sonographic changes after drug withdrawal in a short time.
