西拉普利联合参麦注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

目的 分析西拉普利联合参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）疗效及对患者心功能的影响.方法 将82例CHF患者随机分为两组,A组40例给予西拉普利治疗,B组42例给予西拉普利联合参麦注射液治疗,治疗6个月后观察心功能改变.结果 B组治疗总有效率高于A组（P〈0.05）;B组左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）均小于A组（P〈0.05）;B组左心室射血分数（LVEF）、心搏量（CO）、心脏指数（CI）均高于A组（P〈0.05）.结论 西拉普利联合参麦注射液治疗CHF可有效改善患者心功能,促进患者康复.

Impact on cardiac function of cilazapril combined with shen mai injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To analyze the effect and impact on cardiac function of cilazapril combined With Shen Mai Injection in the treat-ment of chronic CHF. Methods A total of 82 patients with CHF were randomly assigned into two groups, 40 cases in group A treated by eilazapril,while 42 cases in group B treated by eilazapril combined with Shen Mai injection. We observed changes in cardiac function af-ter 6 months of treatment. Results Total efficency rate of group B was higher than that in group A （ P 〈 0.05）. LVEDD, LVESD of group B were less than those in group A（P 〈0.05）, LVEF,CO,CI of group B were higher than those in group A（P 〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Cilazapril combined with Shen Mai injection in the treatment of CHF can effectively improve the cardiac function, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
