内蒙古通辽市蒙古族与汉族女性宫颈HPV感染情况的研究

目的:了解通辽市已婚蒙古族与及汉族女性人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)感染情况。方法:利用PCR扩增法对标本进行宫颈HPV分型检测,从而来分析蒙古族及汉族女性宫颈HPV分布的特点及有无差异。结果:蒙古族女性高危型HPV感染167人,低危型48人;汉族女性高危型感染共145人,低危型43人。蒙古族及汉族女性检出率最高的前3位均为高危型:16型,58型,18型;低危型:43型,6型,11型。结论:蒙古族及汉族女性HPV感染患者中,高危病毒感染均以16型为主,蒙古族女性58型感染率高于汉族,汉族女性18型感染率高于蒙古族。

Research on cervical HPV infection of Mongolian and Han women in Tongliao city

Objective:To understand the HPV infection status of married Mongolian and Han women in Tongliao city.Methods:PCR amplification method was used to detect specimens of cervical HPV types to analyze the distribution characteristics and wether there existed differences between the Mongolian and the Han women cervical HPV features.Results:There were 167 persons of high-risk type HPV infection in Mongolian women,145 persons in Han women,the most prevalent genotype was 16 type.The second was HPV 58 and next was 18 type in Mongolian women,but the second was HPV18 and next was 58 type in Han women.There were 48 Mongolian persons and 43 Han women of low-risk type HPV infection.The most prevalent genotype was 43 type,followed by HPV 6 and 11 type.There was no difference between two nations.Conclusion:The most prevalent genotype of high risk-HPV is 16 type,which is the same with Mongolian and Han women.The infection rate of 58 type in Mongolian is higher than that of Han women.The infection rate of 18 type in Han women is higher than that of Mongolian.
