| 摘 要： | 目的介绍带蒂大网膜移植术治疗顽固性深部胸骨切口感染的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析我院1995年6月～2012年5月收治的12例顽固性深部胸骨切口感染患者的临床资料，均行带蒂大网膜移植术治疗。结果本组12例患者均于术后3d内顺利拔除引流管，伤口均为I期愈合。术后住院时间平均36（18～82）d，无围手术期死亡。随访10例（83．3％），平均随访6．3（1—14）年，均无胸骨切口感染再发和移植大网膜坏死。结论应用带蒂大网膜移植治疗顽固性深部胸骨切口感染，是一种安全、可行和有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the methods and effects of pedicle great omentum grafting for refractory deep sternal wound infection （RDSWI）. Method From June 1995 to May 2012, a total of 12 patients suf- fering RDSWI treated by pedicle great omentum grafting were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the patients removed the drainage tubes successfully in 3 days after operation. The incisions were achieved primary healing in all patients without peri-operative death during the postoperative hospital staying of 18 to 82 days, with the average of 36 days. 10 patients were followed up for 1 to 14 years with an average of 6.3 years. No re- currence of RDSWI or necrosis of pedicled greater omentum was occurred. Conclusion The operation of pedicle great omentum grafting is a safe, feasible and effective treatment for RDSWI. |
