微创血肿引流术对高血压脑出血患者神经功能的影响

目的研究微创血肿引流术治疗高血压脑出血(HCH)临床疗效及对神经功能恢复的影响。方法将88例HCH患者随机分为两组,A组43例实施常规治疗,B组45例实施微创血肿引流术治疗,观察两组神经功能变化及生活能力改变。结果术后B组SSS评分、BI评分均高于A组(P0.05);B组GOS恢复良好率为64.44%,与A组的55.81%比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);B组ADLI级所占比例高于A组(P0.05)。结论微创血肿引流术可有效改善HCH患者的神经功能,提高生活自理能力,疗效显著。

Minimally invasive hematoma drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and nerve function

Objective To study the clinical effect and the impact on neurological recovery of minimally invasive hematoma drainage in the treatment of HCH.Methods 88 cases of HCH were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in A group were given conventional treatment,of the while45 cases in B group were treated by minimally invasive hematoma drainage,observed treatment effect and nerve function changes.Results SSS score,BI score of B group were higher than A group（P 0.05）;GOS recovery good rate of B group was 64.44%,compared with A group of 55.81% showed no significant difference（P 0.05）;ADL I level rate of B group was higher than in A group of 30.23%（P 0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma drainage can effectively improve the neurological function of the HCH,and improve daily living,has a significant effect.
