乳腺再造对乳腺癌患者心理康复的影响

目的:乳腺癌术后行乳腺再造手术对患者心理因素的影响。方法:收集2006年7月～2010年12月在唐山市工人医院乳腺科收治的乳腺癌患者25例,且均进行了术后的延期乳腺再造。在患者行再造术前、术后分别进行心理调查,由专业人员用标准指导语介绍填表方法及注意事项,被试者根据自己的实际情况独立完成。结果:术前患者焦虑自评量表评分为(57.27±10.06)分,行乳腺再造手术后评分为(40.25±11.21)分,两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者术前、术后行症状自评量表评分比较,其中精神病性、偏执、抑郁、人际关系敏感、强迫症状两组间比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌术后患者行乳腺再造手术后,患者心理状况明显改善。

The influence of breast reconstruction on psychological rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

Objective:To explore the influence of breast reconstruction on psychological rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.Methods:25 breast caner patients from Tangshan Worker hospital from July 2006 to December 2010 were collected.All of them were carried out breast reconstruction after operation.Before and after breast reconstruction,the patients were carried out psychological inquire,and professional staff introduced how to fill in a form and announcements by standard guidance.The subject independently completed the form.Results:The scores of the two groups were respectively 57.27±10.06,40.25±11.21.There was significant difference(P<0.01).There were significant differences between two groups in mental illness,relatively stubborn,depressed,interpersonal relationship sensitiveness and obsession(P<0.01).Conclusion:After the breast cancer resection,the patients who carried breast reconstruction have obviously improved in psychological status.The quality of their life have been improved.
