224例良性乳腺肿块多普勒超声诊断与病理结果对照研究

目的对彩色多普勒超声表现与病理结果作对照,探讨彩色多普勒超声影像在诊断乳腺良性病变中的临床应用价值。方法 224例良性乳腺肿瘤患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察肿瘤超声图像特征及周边血流信号,综合分析诊断后与病理结果进行对照。结果 224例良性乳腺肿瘤患者中,超声检查共发现肿瘤277个,其中271个诊断为良性肿瘤,6个诊断为恶性肿瘤,而6个恶性肿瘤病理结果均证实为良性肿瘤,超声诊断良性乳腺肿瘤的诊断正确率为97.83%(271/277),误诊率为2.17%。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断乳腺良性肿瘤具有较高的诊断正确率,其操作简单,是临床早期诊断良性乳腺肿瘤的首选检查方法。

A comparative study of Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic findings in 224 patients with benign breast tumor

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of benign breast tumor by camparing color doppler ultrasound imaging manifestations with pathological findings.Methods Color doppler ultrasound test was conducted in 224 patients with benign breast tumor.Tumor ultrasonic image characteristics and surrounding blood flow signals were observed and compared with pathological findings after comprehensive analysis and diagnosis.Results 277 tumors were found in 224 patients with benign breast tumor,271 and 6 tumors were diagnosed as benign and malignant tumor,respectively.6 malignant tumor were confirmed benign tumor by pathological observation.Accuracy rate and misdiagnosis rate of ultrasonic diagnosis in benign breast tumor were 97.83%（271/277） and 2.17%,respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound imaging has high accuracy rate and simple operation in the diagnosis of benign breast tumor,which was the preferred method for early diagnosis of benign breast tumor.
