儿童颅内动脉瘤（附16例分析）

１６例儿童颅内动脉瘤，经手术者１３例。临床特点：男性多见；发生在后循环和周围动脉者较成人多；动脉瘤巨型比例大而破裂者少。对儿童颅内动脉瘤的发病机制和不同治疗方法进行了讨论，认为儿童手术效果好于成人，尤以动脉瘤瘤颈夹闭或切除术最佳。

Intracranial Aneurysm in Children : A Report of 16 Cases

Sixteen children with intracranial aneurysm were reported in this paper, 13 cases of them underwent operations. The clinical features of childhood intracranial aneurysm were analysed. There was a male preponderance. Aneurysms Located in the peripheral branches and the posterior circle of willis were more in children than in adults. they were more often large or giant in size but seldomly ruptured. Pathogenesis and different therapeutic methods of this lesion were discussed. It suggests that surgical result is much more favorable in children than in adults, especially by surgical clipping or excision.
