| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨皮肤触摸在腹腔镜手术病人护理中的应用。方法:将接受腹腔镜手术的300例病人随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组只给予围手术期常规护理;实验组除进行围手术期常规护理外,还进行皮肤触摸等舒适护理。采用焦虑状态量表(SAI)评估两组病人的焦虑程度,术后第3d发放满意度调查表,调查病人的满意度。结果:实验组病人满意度显著高于对照组,SAI评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜手术病人实施皮肤触摸等舒适护理,缓解了病人的焦虑、紧张心理,同时提高了病人的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the application of skin -touch in nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods ：300 patients undergoing laparescopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in control group were only given usual care, the other group given skin - touch except usual care. Anxiety scale of patients were assessmented by State Anxiety Inventory（SAI） and patients satisfaction survey are carried out 3 days after opelation. Results：Patients satisfaction is statistically higher and value of SAI was statistically lower in experimental group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：During perioperafive nursing,the application of skin -touch may release anxiety and improve satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. |
