婴幼儿先天性心脏病手术治疗38例的疗效观察

目的：探讨婴幼儿先天性心脏病手术治疗的临床经验。方法：选择2006年2月-2010年1月收治的3岁以下的先天性心脏病婴幼儿,行手术治疗,其中低温体外循环下行心脏畸形纠正术一期31例,采用深低温低流量体外循环7例。结果：术后死亡2例,占5.26%,死亡原因为低心排血量综合征1例,严重肺部感染1例。36例婴幼儿均痊愈出院。术后随访3-38个月,有并发症3例,占7.89%。结论：婴幼儿先天性心脏病的手术疗效有赖于熟练的专业队伍整体诊疗水平的提高,掌握手术适应证,术后严密监护,准确、及时地防治并发症,则可明显提高手术疗效。

Clinical observation of surgical treatment of 38 cases with congenital heart disease

Objective：To study clinical experience of the surgical treatment of congenital heart disease.Methods：Under the three year-old infant with congenital heart disease were treated by surgical from February 2006 to January 2010,in which hypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass heart surgery to correct a deformity in 31 cases,with deep hypothermic lowflow cardiopulmonary bypass in 7 cases.Results：2 patients died,accounting for 5.26%,cause of death was low cardiac syndrome in 1 case,severe pulmonary infection in 1 case.36 cases of infants were cured.And then followed up for 3 to 38 months,3 patients with complications account for 7.89%.Conclusion：Infants with congenital heart disease surgery depends on a skilled team of professionals to improve the overall level of treatment,master surgical indications,postoperative inten sive care,accurate and timely control of complications,can significantly improve the efficacy.
