摘    要:目的 探讨Z350纳米复合树脂修复前牙缺损的疗效和美观满意情况.方法 将186例248颗牙体缺损的前牙随机分成三组,分别采用3M ESPE Filtek Z350通用型纳米复合树脂和Z250复合树脂及specturmTPH光固化树脂,粘结剂使用3M Single Bond2粘结剂、Prime&BondNT粘结剂.评价修复完成时及修复1年后满意度和临床疗效.结果 术后即时比较,A、B、C三组间满意度均无显著性(P>0.05).术后一年后比较,A组满意57例,高于B组48例(P<0.05)及C组的45例(P<0.01): B组与C组满意度比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).术后一年疗效A组成功率95.6%,高于B组的86.6%(P<0.05)以及C组的81.3%(P<0.01).结论 3MESPE Filtek Z350通用型纳米复合树脂修复前牙缺损,美观性及粘固性和强度都较好,是较理想的前牙缺损修复材料,值得推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of Z350 nano composite resin in the repair of front teeth defects. Methods 186 patients (248 tooth body defects) were randomly divided into 3 groups. Filtek ESPE 3M Z350 general-purpose uano composite resin, Z250 composite resin, or spectrum TPH light-cured resin were used for treatment. Then one-year satisfaction and clinical efficacy were assessed. Results Satisfaction was slightly higher in group A than in groups B and C (P>0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant. One year after the repair, the efficacy of satisfaction was greater in group A than in group B (P<0.05) and was obviously higher than group C (P0.05), but the difference was not significant. Conclusions 3M ESPE Fihek Z350 general-purpose nano composite resin for front teeth defect repair is materials and is worth popularizing. It has better intensity and beauty for teeth repair.
