3MZ350纳米通用型树脂复合修复前牙缺损疗效评价

目的 探讨Z350纳米复合树脂修复前牙缺损的疗效和美观满意情况.方法 将186例248颗牙体缺损的前牙随机分成三组,分别采用3M ESPE Filtek Z350通用型纳米复合树脂和Z250复合树脂及specturmTPH光固化树脂,粘结剂使用3M Single Bond2粘结剂、Prime＆BondNT粘结剂.评价修复完成时及修复1年后满意度和临床疗效.结果 术后即时比较,A、B、C三组间满意度均无显著性（P＞0.05）.术后一年后比较,A组满意57例,高于B组48例（P＜0.05）及C组的45例（P＜0.01）： B组与C组满意度比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.术后一年疗效A组成功率95.6%,高于B组的86.6%（P＜0.05）以及C组的81.3%（P＜0.01）.结论 3MESPE Filtek Z350通用型纳米复合树脂修复前牙缺损,美观性及粘固性和强度都较好,是较理想的前牙缺损修复材料,值得推广应用.

The efficacy of 3M Z350 nano composite resin in the repair of front teeth defects

Objective To explore the efficacy of Z350 nano composite resin in the repair of front teeth defects. Methods 186 patients (248 tooth body defects) were randomly divided into 3 groups. Filtek ESPE 3M Z350 general-purpose uano composite resin, Z250 composite resin, or spectrum TPH light-cured resin were used for treatment. Then one-year satisfaction and clinical efficacy were assessed. Results Satisfaction was slightly higher in group A than in groups B and C (P>0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant. One year after the repair, the efficacy of satisfaction was greater in group A than in group B (P<0.05) and was obviously higher than group C (P0.05), but the difference was not significant. Conclusions 3M ESPE Fihek Z350 general-purpose nano composite resin for front teeth defect repair is materials and is worth popularizing. It has better intensity and beauty for teeth repair.
