| 摘 要： | ２１例晚期血吸虫病（晚血）巨脾型患者（巨脾组）和２４例切脾患者（切脾组）、２０例正常人（对照组）外周血Ｔ细胞亚群检测结果表明：晚血患者两组ＣＤ_３~＋、ＣＤ_４~＋细胞百分率及ＣＤ_４~＋／ＣＤ_８~＋比值显著低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），巨脾组与切脾组ＣＤ_３~＋、ＣＤ_４~＋、ＣＤ_８~＋细胞百分率和ＣＤ_４~＋／ＣＤ_８~＋比值差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示：晚血患者细胞免疫功能紊乱，巨脾切除未使之进一步恶化。

| Abstract: | T cell subsets of peripheral blood lymphocyte were studied in 21 splenomegalia patients(SM group)with advanced schistosomiasis japonica(AS),24 splenectiomized patients with AS(SE),and 20 normal persons.The results showed that the rates of CD_4￣+,CD_3￣+ and ratio of CD_4￣+/CD_8￣+were significantly decreased in both groups of patients,as compared with thecontrols.Whereas the immunological parameters were not markedly different in both SE group and SM group(P>0.05).The results suggest that the celluar immune functions of patients with AS are in disorder,and the splenectomy may have no effect on the disorder. |
