结石性胆囊炎围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

目的:了解我院普外科围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况.方法:对83例胆结石胆囊炎手术病人围手术期抗菌药物使用品种、用药频度、联合用药、使用方法等进行统计分析.结果:83例围手术期病例中,单一用药1例(1.2%),二联用药51例(61.5%),三联用药31例(37.3%),围手术期合理使用抗菌药物13例(15.7%),基本合理35例(42.2%),应用不合理35例(42.2%).结论:普外科围手术期预防应用抗菌药物存在较高的不合理性,应加强监测以提高合理用药水平.

Analysis of Usage Antibacterial Agents for Gallstone with Cholangitis During Operation Period

Objective: To analye the usage of the antibacterial agents in round operation period of general surgery department. Method: 83 cases of patient with gallstones perform a surgical operation medicine in period of surgical operation the species and the frequency, the method of use antibacterial medicine were analysed and proceed statistic analysis. Result: In 83 cases used single drug was 1 case(1.2% ) ,used two combined drugs was 51 cases(61.5% ) ,used three drugs was 31 cases(37.3% ) ; The reasonable usage round the operation period was 13 cases(15.7% ) , basic reasonable usage was 35 cases(42. 2% ) , nonreasonable usage was 35 cases (42. 2%) . Conclusion: The preventing usage of antibacterial agents of round operation period are unreasonable highly, enhance increase monitoring of the anti-bactarial agents reasonably is stressed.
