| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腺样体切除术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法:2000年1月至2004年12月收治分泌性中耳炎伴腺样体肥大患儿52例,随机分为手术组与对照组.手术组常规行腺样体摘除术,对照组采用抗生素、糖皮质激素口服及减充血剂滴鼻等药物治疗.治疗后4周复查.结果:手术组痊愈21例(37耳),占72.4%;有效4例(7耳),占13.8%;无效4例(6耳),占13.8%.对照组痊愈10例(16耳),占43.5%;有效4例(6耳),占17.3%;无效9例(14耳),占39.1%.经卡方检验,两组治愈有效率相比有显著性差异(P=0.036＜0.05).结论:腺样体切除术是治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Adenoidectomy in treating the junior secretory otitis media (SOM).Methods: 52 children with adenoid hypertrophy complicated SOM were randomly divided into two groups-the operation and the control. In the former, the Adenoidectomy was performed. The latter took orally antibiotic, steroid and were dropped 0.5% ephedrine gutta into noses.All were censored again after 4 weeks. Results: 21 cases (72.4%) were recovery, 4 cases (13.8%) were utility and 4 cases(13.8%) were nullity in the operation group. To the control, the figures were 10 cases (43.5%), 4 cases (17.3%) and 9 cases(39.1%), correspondingly.The results were statistically significant in the X~2test(P=0.036<0.05). Conclusion: Adenoidectomy was effective in treating the junior Secretory Otitis Media. |
