老年人口腔颌面部结核11例临床分析

目的：探讨老年人口腔颌面部结核的临床特征，旨在对老年口腔颌面部结核患者的早期发现及早期治疗。方法：对11例老年口腔颌面部结核患者均行胸部X线摄片、病理检查、分析。结果：老年人口腔颌面部结核症状不明显，发病部位多在口腔黏膜，溃疡是其主要形式。72．7％（8／11）伴有肺结核，36．4％（4／11）误诊为肿瘤。11例全部转入结核病医院，经系统抗结核治疗，10例临床治愈，痰菌榆查阴性；随访1-2年无复发；1例临床症状明冠得到控制。结论：老年口腔颌而部结核临床表现不典型，应引起临床医生重视，对疑有口腔颌而部结核的老年患者应及时行活体组织病理检查。

Clinical analysis of 11 cases tuberculosis in maxillofacial region in the elderly

Objective: To discuss the clinical feature of tuberculosis and to provide reference in early finding and early treatment of tuberculosis in maxillofacial region in the elderly. Method: 11 elderly patients with tuberculosis in maxillofacial region received chest X-ray, pathological examination and the result was analyzed. Results: Symptom of tuberculosis in maxillofacial region in the elderly was not obvious. The disease was generally found in oral mucosa. Ulcer was main clinical sign. Among 11 cases, 72.7% accompanied with pneumonophthisis and 36.4% were misdiagnosed as tumor. All eleven cases were transferred to the tuberculosis hospital. After systematic anti-tuberculosis treatment, ten cases were cured clinically and bacterium examination in their sputum was negative. Following up for one to two years, their tuberculosis in maxillofacial region didn't recur. Clinical symptom control significantly improved in.one case. Conclusion: Clinician should pay more attention to the elderly patients because of their non-typical clinical symptom of tuberculosis in maxillofacial region. We should examine timely to the elderly patients which maybe have Tuberculosis at maxillofacial region.
