| 摘 要： | 本文总结了１０例慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者氧疗前后血气及临床症状的变化，提出了家庭氧疗适应症及氧疗过程中护理，通过典型病例分析，证明家庭氧疗能纠正低氧血症，减少患者住院次数。

| Abstract: | In this paper the authors observed the changes of blood gas in 10 patients with chronic obstructive lung disease at the stationary phase after and before the oxygen therapy, and the improvement of their clincal symptoms. An analysis of typical cases showed that oxygen therapy at home could correct hypoxemia and decrease the number of times for being admitted to hospital. The authors pointed the indication of oxygen therapy at home and nursing method during the oxygen therapy. |
