| 盐酸利多卡因胶浆尿道麻醉的临床试验 | |

| 摘 要： | 用亚太盐酸利多卡因胶浆２％２０ｇ对１００例男性患者（年龄４９±ｓ１０ａ）与Ａｓｔｒａ盐酸利多卡因胶浆２％２０ｇ对６０例男性患者（年龄５１±８ａ）进行尿道表面麻醉作对比。结果临床有效率分别为９４％与１００％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。未见明显不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Ya-Tai lidocaine hydrochloride jelly 20 g was used in 100 male patients (age 49±s 10 a) and 2% Astra lidocaine hydrochloride jelly 20 g in 60 male patients (age 51±8a) for urathral superficial anesthesia for comparison. Results showed the clinical effective rates of Ya-Tai jelly and Astra jelly were 94% and 100%, respectively(P>0.05).No obvious adverse or allergic reactions were seen. |
