| 摘 要： | Objective To investigate the prevention from diabetic retinopathy (DR) for subjects with diabetes in community. Methods One hundred and seventy subjects with type-2 diabetes were were collected. All of them took the medicines for diabetes based on the dietary management and weight control. Ninety-four subjects received aspirin of 80 ～ 100 mg 1/day while 76 subjects hadn't take aspirin. The incidences of DR between two groups were compared. Results DR were found in 9.58% cases in the group with aspirin, significantly different from the group without aspirin, in which DR were found in 40.79% cases ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Anti-platelet therapy with aspirin on the management of serum glucose can reduce the incidence of DR for subjects with diabetes in community.
