防风正丁醇萃取物对大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:防风正丁醇萃取物5.6g/(kg·d)连续给大鼠im10d,可使大鼠全血高切粘度、低切粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、血球压积及全血还原粘度均明显降低;对血沉、血沉方程K值、血小板最大聚集率及1min解聚率无明显影响。提示防风正丁醇萃取物具有活血化瘀作用。

Abstract:n-Butanol extract of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. (BSDS) was found to lower high and low whole blood shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen content, hematocrit and whole blood reduction viscosity when given intramuscularly at a dose equivalent to 5.6 g/kg/d of the medicinal herb to rats for 10 consecutive days. But it showed no obvious effects on blood sedimentation, K value in blood sedimentation equation, maximum aggregation rate and depolymerization rate in 1 minute. These results suggested that BSDS could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
