| 摘 要： | 目的 总结分析小儿先天性甲状舌管囊肿和瘘手术成败原因。方法 18例甲状腺舌囊肿和瘘病例。均行甲状腺舌囊肿和瘘切除术。随访1～3年。结果 全部治愈,随访期间均无复发。结论 应尽早在感染发生前行正规Sistrunk's手术,特别强调舌骨中段切除及术中舌骨以上囊肿或瘘管探查与切除。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the successful and failed experience in managing thyroglossal cyst and thyroglossal fistula in children. Methods In the passed three years, 18 patients with thyroglossal cyst and thyroglossal fistula were admitted with a mean age of 8 years.There were 11 boys and 7 girls.Of them,5 children whose first operation performed in other hospital had recurrence of thyroglossal fistula. All cases underwent resection of thyroglossal cyst and thyroglossal fistula with a follow-up period of 1 to 3 years. Results All cases cured and none recurred after the resection. Conclusions The early Sistrunk's operation is preferred before cysts infected. Especially the resection of the middle segment of hyoid and the cyst and/or fistula upperhyoid is crucial. |
