藻酸双酯钠治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的效果评价

目的：评价藻酸双酯钠治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效。方法：选择在本院就诊的慢性肺源性心脏病患者80例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予抗感染、持续低流量吸氧、扩张支气管、强心利尿、纠正水电解质平衡等综合治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用藻酸双酯钠,藻酸双酯钠0.15g加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,两组均以2周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后评定疗效。结果：观察组临床总有效率为90%,高于对照组的临床总有效率55%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗期间未发现患者有不良反应。结论：藻酸双酯钠治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效佳,而且具有良好的安全性。

Evaluation of the effects about Alginic sodium diester in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Alginic sodium diester in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods：Selected 80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group were given antibiotics,continuous low flow oxygen,bronchodilators,cardiac diuretic,correct water and electrolyte balance.Observation group were given Alginic sodium diester 0.15 g,propylene glycol algi nate in 0.9% sodium chloride 250 ml,intravenous infusion,1 time/d,two weeks as a course of treatment.Evaluated the ef fect after a course.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.During the treatment,no patient with adverse reactions was found.Conclusion：It is effective and security of Alginic sodium diester in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
