海宁市第五轮全球基金流动人口结核病控制项目病人发现工作评价

目的：评价第五轮全球基金结核病（流动人口）项目实施1年的效果。方法：根据海宁市实施第五轮全球基金结核病（流动人口）项目工作计划,分析项目实施过程期间结核病报告发现登记管理情况。结果：截至2008年9月30日,海宁市在实施项目1年时间内共报告发现流动人口涂阳肺结核病人95例,其中新登记初治涂阳病人89例,完成全年发现计划109.88%;重症涂阴病人29例,完成计划任务数的138.1%;其它初治涂阴病人70例,完成计划任务数的102.94%;转诊330例,其中重卡3例,实际到位312例,总到位率为95.41%,达到了高发现率的目标,落实了归口治疗的工作措施。结论：海宁市实施第五轮全球基金结核病（流动人口）项目实施1年,取得显著成效,实现高发现率和高到位率的目标。

Evaluation of TB patients detection of the fifth round of Global Fund Tuberculosis Project (floating population) in Haining city

Objective To evaluate the effects of the fifth round of Global Fund TB（floating population） project implemented in the previous year.Methods According to the work plan of the fifth round of Global Fund TB（floating population） project in Haining,tuberculosis reported register management was analyzed.Results By September 30,2008,95 cases had been reported of smear-positive tuberculosis,of which the registration of new smear positive patients being 89 cases,with a completion rate of 109.88%,severe negative patients 29 cases,with a completion rate of 138.1%,and other smear negative patients 70 cases,with a completion rate of 102.94%.There were 330 referred cases,of which 3 cases were repeatedly reported.The actual referred cases were 312 cases,with a rate of 95.41%.We achieved a high rate of discovery of the goal,and implemented centralized treatment measures.ConclusionRemarkable outcomes have been achieved by one year＇s practice of the fifth round of Global Fund TB（floating population） project in Haining.The aim of high detection and high rates of the target in place has been reached,which provides a good experience for the second round of the project implementation,and a model of sustainability of tuberculosis control in Haining city.
