大鼠头端延髓腹外侧区前交感神经元的电生理研究

摘    要:采用细胞外记录方法,研究氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉大鼠头端延髓腹外侧区前交感神经元的电生理特性。观察到125个RVLM神经元中有24个的自发放电被电刺激主动脉神经和静脉注射苯肾上腺素后抑制,同时其放电具有心必节律,以上24个中有18个单位能被 脊髓侧索电刺激逆行激活。

Abstract:Electrophysiological characteristics of RVLM presympathetic neurons were studied by extracellular recording in the urethane anaesthetized rats.The spontaneous discharges of 125 RVLM neurons were recorded.Among them,24 neurons showed a cardiac rhythm,and their spontaneous discharges were inhibited by aortic depressor nerve (ADN)stimulation,and by blood pressure elevation induced by bolus injection of phenylephrine.Therefore,these neurons were identified as barosensitive neurons.Eighteen of the 24 (75%)barosensitive neurons were excited by the ipsilateral antidromic stimulation in the thoracic 2 segment.These results demonstrated that the RVLM presympathetic neurons had some electrophysiological characteristics of barosensitive and projection to the spinal cord, suggesting that these RVLM neurons play an important role in the baroreceptor reflexes,and in integration of the autonomic nervous and the cardiovascular systems.
