聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚-柠檬酸共聚酯增塑聚乳酸的研究

摘    要:通过聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚丙二醇与柠檬酸反应分别制备了聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚-柠檬酸共聚酯(PPGDECA)和聚丙二醇-柠檬酸共聚酯(PPGCA),并对其结构进行了表征。进一步通过熔融共混制备了两者与聚乳酸(PLA)的共混物。结果表明,当PPGDECA质量分数低于10%时,其在基体内分散均匀;反之,则其在基体内的分散程度较差,力学性能下降。两种共聚酯对比研究结果表明:PPGDECA具有更高的增塑效率,共混物的强度和模量更高,同时在不同环境中的渗出率更小,其综合性能优于PPGCA。

Abstract:Polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether-co-citric acid copolyester(PPGDECA) and polypropylene glycol-co-citric acid copolyester(PPGCA) were synthesized by the reaction of citric acid with polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether and polypropylene glycol,respectively.Their structures were characterized.Their blends with polylactide(PLA) were prepared via melt blending.Experimental results showed that PPGDECA was well dispersed in PLA matrix when the mass fraction of PPGDECA was under 10%,while PPGDECA become badly dispersed with reduced mechanical properties when the mass fraction of PPGDECA was above 10%.Comparison of two copolymers showed that PPGDECA had higher plasticizing efficiency whose blends showed higher tensile strength,higher tensile modulus,lower migration rate,and better comprehensive performance than PPGCA.
