河南省食管癌高发区食管癌组织SCCA1蛋白的表达

目的 探讨河南食管癌高发区居民食管癌组织中SCCA1蛋白表达的变化特征及其意义.方法 采用常规组织病理学方法和免疫组织化学(ABC)法,检测河南食管癌高发区居民食管癌组织中SCCA1蛋白的表达状况.结果 在30例食管癌组织SCCA1蛋白表达阳性17例(17/30,57%);淋巴结转移阳性组SCCA1免疫组化阳性组(13/22,59%)高于阴性组(4/8,50%),但无相关性(P＞0.05);与细胞分化关系:高分化组SCCA1阳性表达(6/9,66%)高于中、低分化组(11/17,65%;0/4,0%),差异明显(P＜0.05);与TNM分期关系:SCCA1阳性表达与Ⅰ期(2/3,66%)、Ⅱa期(2/3,66%)、Ⅱb期(3/6,50%)、Ⅲ期(6/12,50%)、Ⅳ期(4/6,66%)均无相关性(P＞0.05).在30例癌旁配对正常组织中未发现SCCA1蛋白表达,与癌组织中SCCA1蛋白表达差异明显(P＜0.05).结论 SCCA1蛋白阳性表达与食管癌的细胞分化程度密切相关,SCCA1蛋白阳性表达可作为食管癌患者预后判断的标志之一.

The Expression of SCCA1 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) in High-Incidence Area of Esophageal Cancer in Henan Province

Objective To characterize the expression and significance of SCCA1 with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) in high-incidence area of esophageal cancer in Henan province.Methods SCCA1 protein of 30 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining(ABC).Results SCCA1 positive immunoreactivity was detected in 17/30(57%) distributed mainly in cytoplasm and scarcely in nucleus and there was no expression in 13/30(43%) cases.The positive expression of SCCA1 in patients with lymph node metastasis(13/22,59%) was higher than that in those without lymph node metastasis(4/8,50%),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The positive SCCA1 expression in advanced SCC(6/9,66%) was obviously higher than that in moderately differentiated(11/17,65%) and poorly differentiated(0/4,0%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of SCCA1 showed no correlation with TNM staging(P>0.05).None of SCCA1 protein expression was detected in normal tissues(0/30,0%) and the difference was significant between tumor and normal tissues(P<0.05).Conclusions SCCA1 protein expression in SCC tissues was correlated well with well differentiated SCC(P<0.05),This suggested that SCCA1 may be one of prognostic indicators for SCC.
