中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎166例临床观察

目的 探讨中药和中消痞汤联合西药在胆汁反流性胃炎治疗中的应用及其疗效.方法 将166例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规西药铝碳酸锾、多潘立酮进行治疗;治疗组在上述常规西药基础上加用中药和中消痞汤进行治疗,两组均治疗8周.观察治疗前后烧灼性上腹痛、饱胀、恶心、呕吐等临床症状积分和胃镜镜下所见黄绿色胆汁、胃黏膜水肿、充血、糜烂、出血点等情况,并进行疗效比较.结果治疗组患者治疗前后各症状积分差值及胃镜观察项目的 积分差值与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效肯定,不良反应少,值得进一步探讨并在临床上推广应用.

Combine Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis:Report of 166 Cases
