肾移植术后重症肺部感染的诊治分析

【目的】探讨肾移植术后重症肺部感染的诊断和治疗。【方法】对我院近年肾移植术后14例重症肺部感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。【结果】14例重症肺部感染患者均发生于术后1～6个月内，痊愈9例，死亡5例。查出细菌感染3例，细菌合并真菌感染7例，巨细胞病毒感染3例，卡氏肺囊虫1例。【结论】肾移植术后肺部感染患者应早期重视，积极进行病原学检测，早期诊断、综合治疗是提高治愈率的关键。

Clinical analysis of the severe pulmonary infection after renal transplantation

Objective] To explore the diagnosis and treatment of severe pulmonary infection in patients after renal transplantation. Methods] The clinical data of 14 patients with severe pulmonary after renal transplantation in our hospital were retrospectively analysed. Results] The 14 cases all developed severe pulmonary infection within 1-6 months after renal transplantation. Among the 14 cases, 9 cases was cured and 5 died. The types of pathogens included bacteria （3 cases）, bacteria mixed fungi （7 cases）, cytomegalovirus （3 cases）, Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia （1 case）. Conclusions] Care should be taken for severe pulmonary infection following renal transplantation. The key to raise cure rate is early detection of the pathogens , diagnosis timely and comprehensive treatments.
