| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对早产儿生长发育及疾病康复的影响。方法：回顾性分析我科2006年8月-2007年6月期间收治的42例早产儿，随机分为观察组22例，对照组20例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组除常规护理外，给予抚触、非营养性吸吮及腹部按摩等护理干预。观察采取护理干预后临床护理效果。结果：经过护理干预观察组22例早产儿与对照组比较体重增长较快，胃管留置时间明显缩短。结论：护理干预运用于早产儿喂养中，能诱发胃肠激素的分泌，增强消化道动力，促进早产儿的生长，缩短平均住院日，减轻患儿家属的经济负担。
