老年性肺结核的临床及X线分析(附100例报告)

目的 研究老年性肺结核的X线表现特征，方法 收集并回顾性分析了我院100例老年性肺结核患者的胸片。依据患者临床经过，将其分为新感染结核(58例)和再感染(或复发性)结核(42例)。结果 就发病部位而言，新感染结核以双肺广泛分布最多见(46％)，再感染结核以两肺上野最多见(43％)。在病变性质上，纤维空间多见于新感染结核(29％)，而渗出与增殖性病变则多见于再感染结核(33％)。结论 老年性肺结核的X线表现随着结核类型(新感染或再感染)而不同。

Clinical and X-ray analysis of senile pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To investigate X-ray findings of senile pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods X-ray chest films of 100 patients with senile pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively.According to the clinical course,all patients were divided newly detected tuberculosis(58 cases) and reinfection(recurrence)tuberculosis(42 cases).Results In respect of the location,newly detected tuberculosis widely distributed into bilateral lungs(46 %),reinfection tuberculosis mostly distributed into upper fields of the lung(43 %).In respect of lesions properties,the anterior lesions were mostly fibroid cavities(29 %),While latter lesions were mostly exudative and hyperplastic changes(33%).Conclusion X-ray findings of senile pulmonary tuberculosis on the chest films with clinical course (newly detected or reinfection tuberculosis)are different.
