忍冬藤酚酸类化学成分分离

摘    要:目的:为探寻忍冬藤的生物活性成分,对其酚酸类化学成分进行了研究。方法:通过乙醇提取、溶剂萃取得到各萃取部位,将乙酸乙酯部位通过反复硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等进行成分分离,依据理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从忍冬藤乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了6个酚酸类化合物,分别为对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(1)、咖啡酸乙酯(2)、咖啡酸甲酯(3)、阿魏酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、绿原酸(6)。结论:化合物1,3和4系首次从忍冬藤中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the bioactive components of Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis and to study the phenolic acids of the plant. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction ethanol extraction, repeated column chromatography on silicagel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical characteristics and spectral data. Result: Six phenolic compounds were obtained and identified as methyl p-hydroxycinnamate (1), ethyl caffeate (2), methyl caffeate (3), ferulic acid (4), caffeic acid (5), and chlorogenic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 3 and 4 were isolated from Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis for the first time.
