辨证治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的疗效观察

目的观察辨证治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法将48例后天性麻痹性斜视患者随机分为2组。治疗组26例,病因治疗配合中药加针灸治疗;对照组22例,病因治疗配合神经能药物注射或口服。2组均10日为1个疗程,6个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.15%,对照组总有效率72.73%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗后天性麻痹性斜视具有提高疗效、缩短疗程及个性化治疗的特点。后天性麻痹性斜视除了眼部的观察与治疗,更为重要的是病因治疗。

Observation of acquired paralytic strabismus treated by therapy of TCM

Objective To observe the efficacy of therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on acquired paralytic strabismus.Methods Forty-eight patients with acquired paralytic strabismus were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n=26) received causal treatment with Traditional Chinese herbs and acupuncture,control group(n=22) treated with neuropotential drugs for oral or injection.One treatment course was ten days,we evaluated the efficacy after 6 courses.Results The total effective rate is 96.15% in treatment group,the control group is 72.73%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine has improve effect on acquired paralytic strabismus.Causal treatment is more important rather than observation and treatment of ocular region.
