| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌患者再发甲状腺癌的潜在关系。方法：对2000-2008年收治9例乳腺癌患者再发甲状腺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：9例患者中,乳腺癌雌激素受体（ER）阳性7例,阴性2例;甲状腺癌ER阳性4例,阴性5例。4例ER阳性的甲状腺癌全来自于ER阳性的乳腺癌患者。结论：雌激素很可能对甲状腺癌的发生和发展起重要作用。临床上对激素依赖性乳腺癌患者要常规检查甲状腺。甲状腺癌的治疗原则是手术切除,预后良好。雌激素治疗ER阳性的甲状腺癌有可能成为一种新的手段。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the relationship of breast cancer patient occurred thyroid cancer.Methods：To analyze the clinical data of 9 breast cancer patients occurred thyroid cancer treated in 2000-2008 years.Results：Among 9 patients,7 breast cancer petients ER（＋）,2 ER（-）;4 thyroid cancer ER（＋）,2 thyroid cancer ER（-）.4 thyroid cancer ER（＋） patients came from breast cancer ER（＋） patients completely.Conclusion： Estrogen is affected probably with the development and growth of thyroid cancer.Clinically,hormonal dependent breast cancer patients should be examined thyroid routinely.The therapeutic principle of thyroid cancer is exairesis.The prognosis is favorable. |
