美罗华联合方案治疗B细胞淋巴瘤的临床护理

目的：总结使用美罗华治疗B细胞非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤的临床护理要点。方法：护理67例美罗华联合方案治疗的B细胞淋巴瘤患者，观察其治疗效果以及不良反应，总结相应的临床护理措施。结果：67例患者中，CR44例（65．7％），PR17例（25．4％），总有效率91．0％。不良反应主要为：骨髓抑制1—2度50．7％、3—4度44．7％，2例出现荨麻疹，4例出现寒战、发热，2例出现血压下降。结论：美罗华联合方案治疗B细胞淋巴瘤效果显著并且安全，护理要点为严格掌握静脉滴注的速度，加强对过敏、畏冷、发热以及血液系统等不良反应的观察及护理。

Clinical nursing of combined Rituximab chemotherapy for B cell non - hodgkins lymphoma

Objective：To summarize the key point of nursing for combined Rituximab chemotherapy for B cell non - hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）. Methods： Total of 67 patients with B cell NHL received combined Rituximab chemotherapy, and were investigated the therapeutic and side - effect, explore the nursing measures. Results ： Of 67 patients 44 patients（65.7% ）achieved complete remission, 17 patients （25.4%） achieved partial reission ,with a response rate of 91.0%. Adverse reactions mainly included urticaria（2 patients） , shiver and fever（4 patients） , fall in blood pressure （ 2 patients ）, myelosuppression （ grade I - II , 34 patients, 50.7% ; grade m - IV, 34 patients, 44. % ）. Conclusion ： Combined Rituximab chemotherapy is highly effetive and safe for B cell NHL, the key point of nursing is handling the velocity of intravenously guttae;paying attention to the adverse reactions of allergic reactions, shiver, fever and myelosuppression.
