DLL4和VEGF蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：检测大肠癌组织中DLL4和VEGF的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数的关系、临床意义及两者的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化Envision法检测60例结直肠癌及21例癌旁正常组织中DLL4、VEGF的表达情况。结果：DLL4和VEGF在大肠癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为75.0%、61.67%,明显高于癌旁正常组织（P〈0.05）。DLL4及VEGF蛋白在大肠癌中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期密切相关（P〈0.05）;二者在大肠癌组织中的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小及组织学分化程度无关（P〉0.05）。DLL4阳性表达病例中的VEGF表达率明显高于DLL4阴性表达的病例,DLL4和VEGF蛋白表达水平呈明显正相关（r=0.257,P〈0.05）。结论：DLL4和VEGF在大肠癌和正常大肠组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,DLL4在大肠癌组织中的表达上调与VEGF有关,它们可能共同调控肿瘤新生血管发生,参与大肠癌的侵袭和转移,从而影响患者的预后。

Expression and clinical significance of DLL4 and VEGF in colorectal cancer

Objective：To study the expression of DLL4 and VEGF in colorectal cancer and normal tissues and the relationship with patients＇ clinical characteristics and the correlation between the expressions of DLL4 and VEGF.Methods：Expression of DLL4 and VEGF was detected in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 21 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissues by immunohistochemical Envision method.Results：The masculine expression rates of DLL4 and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues were 75.0% and 61.67% respectively.The positive expression rates of DLL4 and VEGF in colorectal cancer were higher than in normal colorectal mucosa.The expression of DLL4 and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues was associated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM staging closely（P0.05）,but not with gender,age,locus,the diameter of tumor and the histological differentiation（P0.05）;The VEGF expression rate in DLL4 positive expression cases was significantly more than DLL4 negative cases.DLL4 had positive correlation with VEGF remarkably（r=0.257,P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of DLL4 and VEGF in colorectal cancer and normal tissues was different.The increased expressions of DLL4 in colorectal cancer is closely related to VEGF and they probably play an important role in tumor angiogenesis,and are involved in invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer which will have an influence to the prognostic of patients.
