宫颈癌根治术中两种放置腹腔引流管方法的探讨

目的：探讨宫颈癌术中放置阴道腹腔引流管的意义。方法：选择60例因宫颈癌行广泛子宫切除并盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者，分为A组（放置腹壁腹腔引流管30例）和B组（放置阴道腹腔引流管30例），比较两组发热天数、术后发热的病例数、引流管拔除时间、术后3个月阴道长度、发生术后淋巴囊肿的差异。结果：在发热天数、引流管拔除时间、淋巴潴留囊肿及术后3个月阴道长度四方面B组显著优于A组（P〈0．05）。术后发热的病例，两组间无差异（P〉0．05）。结论：放置阴道腹腔引流管具有并发症少、伤口疼痛轻等优点，而且明显增加阴道的长度，改善术后性生活质量，尤其对年轻宫颈癌患者更有意义。

An analysis on two methods of placing abdominal cavity drainage tube during radical re- section of cervical carcinoma

Objective：It is to investigate the significance of placing transvaginal abdominal cavity drainage tube during radical resection of cervical carcinoma. Methods： Sixty cases with cervical cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy were enrolled. The cases were divided into two groups： group A and group B, each thirty cases. Group A were placed abdominal cavity drainage tubes in abdominal wall; group B were placed transvaginal abdominal cavity drainage tubes. Group A will be compared with group B in Febrile duration, the time of extubating abdominal cavity drainage tube, the length of vaginal of three months after surgery and lymph retention cyst. Results： Group B is significantly superior to group A in febrile duration, the number of fever after operation, the time of extubating the abdominal cavity drainage tube, lymph retention cyst and the length of vaginal of three months after operation （P 〈 0. 05 ）. It is no significantly different between the two groups in the number of fever after operation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Placement of transvaginal abdominal cavity drainage tube has some advantages, such as fewer complications, less wound pain and longer vaginal, which is especially important for young women with cervical cancer.
