肿瘤内科院内感染现状分析与对策

目的：调查、分析肿瘤内科院内感染的相关因素、感染部位、菌群分析、药物敏感性等。方法：根据病历填写统一的个案调查表,然后进行数据分析总结。结果：我院肿瘤内科2007年1月至2009年12月3年间共上报院内感染275例,院内感染率为8.0%,主要感染部位为肺部,细菌培养的阳性率为50.2%,主要感染菌群为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌感染有上升的趋势,耐药率较高的药物为头孢唑啉、氨苄青霉素、头孢噻肟等。结论：肿瘤内科院内感染与患者的身体状况、抗肿瘤放化疗及医务工作者对院内感染的监控、预防、治疗密切相关,根据临床表现、细菌培养及药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素,并注重院内感染的管理和防治。

Countermeasures of Nosocomial infection in department of medical oncology

Objective：To investigatethe related factors of nosocomial infection,in oncology department.Methods： By using the medical records to fill the survey questionnaire of patients,and the data were analyzed.Results： Io oncology department in 3 years a total of 275 cases of nosocomial infection,was reported nosocomial infection rate was 8.0%,the main areas of infection were pulmonary infection,bacterial culture positive rate was 50.2%,mainly infected with bacteria were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans infection,higher drug resistance rate was cefazolin,ampicillin,cefotaxime.Conclusion： Cancer patients with nosocomial infections are related with physical condition,anti-cancer chemotherapy,medical workers on the monitoring,prevention and treatment.
