青海地区胃癌组织中Ghrelin和Obestatin表达的相关性及临床意义

目的：探讨胃癌组织中Ghrelin和Obestatin表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测58例胃癌组织和40例正常胃黏膜组织中Ghrelin和Obestatin的表达情况,并分析其相关性及临床意义。结果：在正常胃黏膜组织及胃癌组织中Ghrelin的阳性表达率分别为60.00%和29.31%（P〈0.01）,Obestatin分别为30.00%和53.45%（P〈0.05）。在胃癌患者Ghrelin和Obestatin的表达与患者年龄、性别及癌组织的分化程度无明显相关性（P〉0.05）,而与肿瘤的浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有相关性（P〈0.05）。二者表达强度之间呈明显负相关（r=-0.357,P=0.006）。结论：联合检测Ghrelin和Obestatin表达可作为预测胃癌恶性程度和预后的重要指标,可能对胃癌的辅助诊断有重要意义。

Clinical significance and correlation of Ghrelin and Obestatin expressons in gastric carcinoma tissues in Qinghai

Objective：To explore the clinical significance and correlation of Ghrelin and Obestatin expressions in gastric carcinoma.Methods： Fifty eight gastric carcinomas and 40 normal gastric mucosal samples were examined for the expressions of ghrelin and obestatin using immunohistochemistry,the correlation between these two parameters with clinical and pathological parameters were analyzed.Results： The expression positive rates in normal gastric tissues and gastric carcinoma for Ghrelin protein were 60.00% and 29.31%,respectively（P0.01）,for obestatin protein were 30.00% and 53.45%,respectively（P0.05）.The expressions of obestatin and Ghrelin were not significantly related with ages,sex and differentiated degree of gastric cancer tissue,while were related with tumor infiltration depth,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis.And there was negative relationship between the expression of ghrelin and obestatin（r=-0.357,P=0.006）.Conclusion： The combined measurement of Ghrelin and Obestatin expressions might be useful for prediction of stomach infiltration and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
