椎管内肠源性囊肿的MR表现

目的：探讨椎管内肠源性囊肿的MRI表现及其鉴别诊断。方法：回顾性分析12例经手术和病理证实的椎管内肠源性囊肿的临床和MRI资料。所有病例均行MRI平扫,8例行MRI增强扫描。结果：12例均位于椎管内髓外硬膜下脊髓腹侧,4例病变位于颈段,5例位于颈胸段交界处,3例位于上段胸椎。T1WI图像上,10例囊肿呈低信号,其中4例与脑脊液信号相似,为均质低信号,6例略高于脑脊液信号;2例呈与脊髓等信号。T2WI图像上,囊肿均呈高信号,其中5例与脑脊液信号相似,呈均质高信号,7例呈明显高于脑脊液信号。8例行MR增强扫描,囊壁及囊液均未见强化。结论：肠源性囊肿在MR图像上具有一定的形态及信号特点,对于术前正确诊断具有一定意义。

MRI manifestations of intraspinal enterogenous cysts

Objective：To study the MRI manifestations of intraspinal enterogenous cysts.Methods：The MRI appearance and clinical features of 12 cases with enterogenous cysts proved by surgery and pathology were collected and analyzed.All cases were performed with plain MRI and 8 cases with enhanced MRI scan.Results： Twelve cases located in the subdural extramedullary space.Among them,4 lesions occurred in cervical segments,5 lesions in the junction of cervical and thoracic segments and 3 lesions in the upper thoracic segments.On T1WI image,10 lesions was low signal,4 cases of cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） signals similar,and for homogeneous low signal,6 lesions were slightly higher than the cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） signal,2 lesions with spinal cord in such signals.On T2WI image,all cysts had high signals,of which 5 cases with cerebrospinal fluid signals similar,showed homogeneous high signal,7 cases were significantly higher than cerebrospinal fluid signals,8 lesions performed with enhanced MR scan,none of them had enhancement in bursa wall and bursa liquid.Conclusion：On MR images,enterogenous cysts have particular morphology and signal characteristics,MRI have significance in making accurate diagnosis in preoperation to some extend.
