摘    要:目的:探讨肿瘤免疫逃逸的机制,指导肿瘤治疗理论研究。方法:应用NCBI的PubMed文献数据库,以"肿瘤免疫逃逸、T淋巴细胞、髓源性抑制性细胞,免疫抑制因子,胸腺萎缩"等为关键词,检索2005至2010相关文献。最后纳入分析40余篇文献。结果:肿瘤细胞可通过多种途径逃避机体免疫系统的监视,包括肿瘤对T淋巴细胞的功能抑制,诱导分化出免疫抑制细胞如髓源性抑制细胞,调节性T细胞等。同时肿瘤可导致免疫抑制因子如IL-10,IL-4、TGF-β、VEGF、IDO、COX-2的上调。促进免疫器官胸腺的萎缩。结论:肿瘤免疫逃避机制十分复杂,深刻认识肿瘤免疫逃逸机制,有助于肿瘤防治研究的深入。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the mechanism of tumor immune escape.Methods: The papers published from 2005 to 2010 were retrieved from PubMed of NCBI on the Key words:tumor,immune escapes,thymus atrophy,lymphocyte etc and 40 papers were analyzed.Results:Tumor can adopt different mechanisms of immune escapes,including impairment of T lymphocyte function,induction of immune suppressive cells such as myeloid-derived suppressor cells and regulatory T cells.Meanwhile tumor can increase the level of immunosuppressive factors such as IL-10,IL-4,TGF-β,VEGF,IDO,COX-2 and cause atrophy of thymus.Conclusion:The mechanism of tumor immune escape is very complicated.A better understanding of the underlying mechanism will lead to more effective immunotherapy study.
