72例鼻咽癌患者心理状况SDS、SAS的调查分析

目的：探讨鼻咽癌患者抑郁、焦虑心理状况,为其心理干预提供理论依据。方法：采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对72例鼻咽癌患者进行测试,采用SPSS11.5统计软件,两组之间比较采用t检验。结果：鼻咽癌组的SDS标准分、SAS标准分显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;知情状况、患病时间、文化程度和肿瘤分期显著影响SDS、SAS标准分;不同治疗方法和性别对SDS、SAS标准分影响不大。结论：鼻咽癌患者普遍存在抑郁、焦虑心理问题,不知情、患病时间短、文化教育程度低、中晚期患者抑郁、焦虑心理问题多见,同步放化疗和性别对患者心理状况影响不大。

Survey on psychological status of 72 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma using SDS and SAS

Objective：To study the psychological status of depression and anxiety of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to provide theoretic basis for psychotherapy.Methods： SPSS11.5 statistical methods including test,self-rating depression scale（SDS）and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）were used to test on 72 subjects.Results： Standard score of SDS and SAS of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were obviously higher than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Standard score of SDS and SAS were obviously affected by knowledge,time after diagnosis,education and tumor stage,but not by methods of treatment and sex.Conclusion： Depression and anxiety were generally found in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Patients who without knowledge,shot time after diagnosis,lower education,advanced tumor stage have more psychemotional disorders of depression and anxiety,while psychological status of patients were litile affeceted by concurrent chemoradiotherapy and sex.
