DG方案与DP、GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效的对比研究

目的：观察多西他赛与吉西他滨（DG）、多西他赛与顺铂（DP）、吉西他滨顺铂（GP）方案一线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：将150例患者分为三组,DG组：多西他赛75mg/m2,d1,吉西他滨1g/m2,d1,8。DP组：多西他赛用法同上,顺铂75mg/m2,d1-3;GP组：吉西他滨和顺铂用法同上。化疗每三周重复,每周期评价不良反应、生活质量,两周期后评价疗效并随访生存期。结果：DG组有效率为45.8%,1年生存率45%,3年生存率9.6%;DP组组有效率为46.2%,1年生存率47%,3年生存率9.9%;GP组组有效率为42%,1年生存率47.5%,3年生存率9.6%（P〉0.05）。三组主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐、脱发。结论：DP与GP方案仍是晚期NSCLC的标准一线治疗方案。

Comparison of clinical therapeutic effect in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer with DG,DP and GP regimen

Objective：To compare the efficacy and safety of docetaxel/gemcitabine,docetaxel/cispatin and gemcitabine/cispatin regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：A total of 150 patients with advanced NSCLC were divided into 3 groups.The patients received docetaxel 75mg/m2 on day 1 and gecitabine 1g/m2 on day 1 and 8 in DP groups.Patients received docetaxel 75mg/m2 on day 1 and cispatin 75mg/m2 on day 1 to day 3 in the DP and GP groups.The treatment schedule was recycled every 3 weeks.The toxicity and quality of life were evaluated after every cycle.The treatment response and survival rate were evaluated by the end of two cycles.Results：The response rates of DG,DP and GP group were 45.8%,46.2% and 42%,respectively.Comparing the three groups,1 and 3 year survival rates were 45%,9.6% and 47% and 9.9%,47.5% and 9.6%,respectively（P0.05）.The main side-effects were myelosuppression,nausea,vomiting and Alopecia.Conclusion：DP and GP were well toleranced in advanced NSCLC patients.
