| 摘 要： | 目的：检测抑癌基因RASSF1A mRNA在胃癌中的表达情况,探讨RASSF1A在胃癌发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法：采用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）分别检测40例胃癌及40例配对的癌旁组织（距癌2 cm）和40例配对远离胃癌的手术切缘正常组织（距癌5cm以上）RASSF1A mRNA的表达水平。结果：RASSF1A mRNA在胃癌中表达的阳性率（35%）显著低于癌旁组织（87.5%）和正常组织（100%）（P均〈0.05）,癌旁组织明显低于正常组织（P〈0.05）,且早期胃癌RASSF1A mRNA表达明显高于进展期胃癌（P〈0.05）。结论：在原发性胃癌组织中,RASSF1A mRNA表达明显缺失或低下,且与胃癌临床分期显著相关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the expression level of RASSF1A mRNA in gastric cancer,and to study its function and clinical significance in gastric cancer development and progression.Methods：Real-time polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） was used to detect mRNA of RASSF1A in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma,40 paired adjacent gastric carcinoma（2cm from carcinoma）,and 40 surgical marginal normal gastric mucosa tissues.Results：RASSF1A mRNA was obviously lower expressed in gastric cancer tissue（35%） compared to adjacent normal gastric tissue（87.5%）（P0.05）and normal gastric mucosa tissues（100%）（P0.05）.Furthermore,RASSF1A mRNA was lower expressed in advanced gastric cancer compared to early gastric cancer（P0.05）.Conclusion：RASSF1A mRNA was obviously lower expressed in gastric cancer tissue,and it had relationship with the clinical staging of gastric cancer. |
